REFUNDS – Workshops: We love to share our flowers with you and we hate to cancel a workshop, but if we must, due to extreme weather or for any other reason, your registration fee will be fully refunded. For cancellation by participants:

• Full refund if Hidden Ridge Farm receives an email cancellation 30 days in advance.
• 50% refund if Hidden Ridge Farm receives an email cancellation 15 days in advance.
• No refunds within 15 days of a workshop.
• Subscriptions: Participants who move away from the area may receive a pro-rated refund for bouquets they will not receive. Subscribers who are moving away are encouraged to gift their remaining bouquets to another person in the area who loves local, fresh flowers. Unless you are moving away, subscriptions are not cancellable.

GUARANTEE OF QUALITY: At Hidden Ridge Farm, providing fresh, long-lasting, top quality cut flowers is our top priority. We hope you’ll love our flowers, but if you are not completely satisfied when you purchase them at one of our retail outlets, at our Open Houses or workshops, or through our bouquet subscription plan, we’ll refund you the full purchase amount. Just take a photo, tell us where you purchased them, what you paid, and what the problem is, and we’ll provide a refund.
